At Red Star, designing and manufacturing screening media is only a part of what we do. We also serve customers by providing the best solution to cater to their screening applications needs. With the aim of offering better services to satisfy customer’s expectations associated with technical support and after-sales support, we have set up an Australian branch office in 2016 to deliver faster services for customers in Australia, New Zealand and neighboring countries. As a result of impact of COVID-19 pandemic, video conferencing has become the preferred method of communication across a multitude of countries. Red Star has built several video conferencing platforms which allow our technicians, engineers and service professionals to provide training service, technical and after-sales support at minimal cost.
