Red Star manufactures heavy-duty rubber screen panels for mining, aggregate and mineral processing screening operations. Our molded rubber screen panels are made from premium wear-resistant rubber compound, engineered for outstanding impact absorption, excellent abrasion resistance and anti-clogging performance. We supply multiple aperture shapes including round, square and slotted openings, compatible with most mining vibrating screen machines. Custom aperture sizes, panel dimensions and fixing structures are available to match your screening decks and harsh working conditions for quarrying, coal washing, mineral grading and aggregate processing projects.
