What are the differences between steel plate perforated screen and round hole screen
The most commonly used steel plate perforated screen and round perforated plate are inconsistent in materials. Its main manifestations are the following points:
1. The steel plate perforated screen is also made by heating and soaking, but after taking it out, its temperature is immediately increased to about 500 degrees, so that it forms a circular hole mesh of zinc and iron. This zinc-coated plate has excellent adhesion and welding functions.
2. Put the very thin steel plate perforated screen into a tank with melted zinc to soak it, so that its surface is adhered to a layer of zinc. Nowadays, continuous zinc coating is usually used for production, that is, a lot of steel plates are always soaked in a tank with melted zinc, and then made into galvanized steel plates;
3. This galvanized steel plate made by electroplating has excellent processability. However, its coating is relatively thin, and the function of preventing corrosion is still better made by the previous method.
4. Only one-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, zinc is coated on only one side. In the process of welding, coating, anti-rust treatment and processing, it has better adaptability than the two-sided galvanized sheet.
